Absolutely. Combat sports or martial arts, is good to go for anyone who wants to learn. One need not be a sports person to join the classes. Join our classes and our trainers will pay attention to you and motivate you to well every day.
You can learn martial arts at any age. Yet learning it sooner is always better and highly effective. We offer programs various programs for young kids and adults of every age.
It is recommended you consult your doctor before enrolling. On your doctor’s recommendation, we will offer you a customized program with the set of exercises that will not affect your health.
Martial arts are about 3x times more effective in weight loss as compared to gym workouts. With a consistent workout as designed by our trainer and depending on your fitness analysis, we can have a general estimation of achieving your targets.

Sparring is training forms familiar with combat sports and it is a free form of fighting, with effective rules set to reduce injuries.
Though it is not compulsory to take part in it but we encourage everyone to be a part as it is fun and gives a better experience of learning.
